Svärtagårdsskolan is the smaller of two F-6 schools in Skultorp. Over the past year, we have made a fresh start. The principal is on-site full-time, and we have strengthened the school's student health team.

With us, students are in focus, but your mission also involves close collaboration with other professional groups at the school, such as after-school care and student health. You will receive guidance and support in your work from our student health team and the school's management.

The school has the great advantages of a small school. Here, everyone knows each other, and we help create a safe environment for our students. Since our school is located in the midst of nature, we use our surroundings, including the school forest and lake, as learning environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching Social Studies for grades 4-6 and working as a resource during the spring term of 2026. In the autumn term of 2026, there may be class responsibility in the middle school and teaching in more subjects based on qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching license and is qualified for grades 4-6, alternatively F-6 with qualifications in Social Studies. In addition to Social Studies, it is advantageous if you are qualified in Swedish and English.
• Has a good ability to structure, plan, organize, and follow up the pedagogical work based on governing documents.
• Is flexible and has an attitude that believes in every student's will and ability to develop and varies your teaching according to their needs.
• Has a good ability to take different perspectives and create respectful relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Is secure, flexible, and clear in your leadership role.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Those who have not shown an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, contracted, or received in the activity according to current legal requirements.
